CaixaForum Girona is located in the old town of the city and occupies a building that is an emblematic example of Catalan civil architecture from the medieval period.
\nKnown as the Fontana d’Or, this house was remodeled with the aim of respecting its delicacy and style through original elements recovered and integrated into the reconstruction.
\nThe center plans conferences, concerts, exhibitions, workshops, visits, courses, cycles and much more to bring culture closer to all audiences.
\nCaixaforum Girona, an adapted center
\n– Accessible for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility, also with their own chairs available to users
\n– Accessible for people with mental, intellectual or psychic diversity
\n– Accessible for blind or visually impaired people: Braille keys in elevators. Entry to guide and assistance dogs allowed
