Les Cols is the only restaurant with two Michelin stars in la Garrotxa. It is located in the city of Olot, in a 13th century Catalan farmhouse walled with a large garden area, renovated by the prestigious RCR architect team, winners of the Pritzker 2017 Prize.

The restaurant proposes dishes made with products from the territory from a very particular point of view, and has several rooms and spaces perfect for making large events or small meetings.
