The nexus of these elements is Nordic walking, a physical activity that can be practiced at any time of the year and in countless grounds, allowing us to enjoy the environment and spread our day in day, in addition to health and improve our physical condition.
Nordic Walking Girona has the collaboration and support of different institutions, centers, entities, associations and collectives, while also supporting other initiatives related to the promotion of sport as an educational medium, integration, promotion of territory and health.
