CaixaForum Girona is located in the old town of the city and occupies a building that is an emblematic example of Catalan civil architecture from the medieval period.
Known as the Fontana d’Or, this house was remodeled with the aim of respecting its delicacy and style through original elements recovered and integrated into the reconstruction.
The center plans conferences, concerts, exhibitions, workshops, visits, courses, cycles and much more to bring culture closer to all audiences.
