The Restaurant L’Alqueria was inaugurated on February 14, 2007 and was born with the aim of dedicating itself exclusively to traditional Valencian cuisine. L’Alqueria has chosen to specialize in cooking different types of rice, one of the most typical dishes of Valencia.
The purpose of the Restaurant l’Alqueria is to make known and offer, to everyone who wants, the great diversity of rice that exist. L’Alqueria is a restaurant that stands out from the rest for its peculiarity and simplicity, becoming the only restaurant in Girona specialized in this type of cuisine.
